Artist Biography
"Sensitively Designed and Carefully Crafted"… a simple phrase used to describe the fine furniture created by Boykin Pearce Associates. Working primarily on custom commissions, our designs are developed in a
computer aided design program and executed with loving care using hardwoods selected for grain and color. The result is heirloom quality furniture, precision built to be enjoyed for generations.
Dave Boykin and Tom Pearce began collaborating in the early 1980's. The synthesis worked well, providing a wider design perspective, greater technical expertise and superior client service. With Tom's retirement in 2006, the business continues under Dave's guidance. Today Dave works with two highly skilled employees in his urban Denver shop. Jim Price is an acclaimed graduate of Boston's North Bennett Street School, which represents the epitome of Eighteenth Century craftsmanship. Belgian born craftsman JP d'Andrimont brings a high level of excellence and rounds out the team. |
